Quadcam collects personal information from our purchasers on a voluntary basis in the regular course of doing business. Personal information includes items such as name, address, postal code, phone number, email address and transaction related information.

Quadcam's use of Personal Information
The main reasons we collect personal information from purchasers are to complete transactions, to communicate information in regards to our products and offerings based on your stated preferences and to coordinate miscellaneous administrative items in the context of having purchased a new condominium from Quadcam.

Disclosure of Personal Information
Quadcam does not sell the personal information that it collects. If it's a necessary part of any of the purchases, Quadcam may disclose your information to another company. Ie, we may pass on your name and address to a courier company to complete a delivery.

Use of Personal Information for Secondary Reasons
We also may use your personal information for other, secondary reasons, including:

i) to complete a purchase/transaction and because it is required by law.
ii) it is required by law

Obtaining Consent
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a service etc., Quadcam assumes you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask you for personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no. Saying no is called "opting out". By opting out, you can tell us not to collect the information and/or not to share it with other companies.

Verifying Personal Information
Quadcam shall periodically verify the personal information that is kept on file. Individuals are strongly encouraged to contact our office to inform us of any changes to their personal information.
